I shot video of former DNC Chairman Don Fowler laughing at New Orleans hurricane prospects while talking to Congressman John Spratt of SC. You can't hear Spratt but he chuckles along with. We were on the flight back from the Democratic Convention in Denver. Redstate.com

They are horrible human beings,and should never wish a hurricane on any one. I live near the Houston area and we just went through a hurricane. People lost their lives, and it is nothing to joke about. I live close to Galveston and stayed through the storm and I saw the damage these storms can inflict.

i think everyone is overreacting about this shit. I'm from Louisiana. love Louisiana. but i also think republicans are reptilian scum, so..I can see why some might react this was to the RNC being interuppted by the hurricane. It wasn't anti-New Orelans. It's anti-republican.
