  • @makingthebest09 Ok! now that you pointed out to work on my form i think that's what my problem is. My hands might be slightly too far down from my shoulders. Thanks!

  • @gohankid15 with the push-up you need to work on the form...make sure your wrist are right under your shoulders...if the problem still persist... work on a higher surface and slightly adjust the width of your hands...ok?~ahmad

  • @makingthebest09 i have a slight problem with my collar bone after i use my perfectpushups. if i make circles with my arms it makes a slight popping noise but it doesnt hurt. is it natural?
