@DJFlamaX Actually, you Could made a .bat file one string of text: command.com
That way the .bat file will open a command prompt executing the command.com and then after executed, it will have an open command prompt.

at my school they blocked command prompt, so i had to get the Administrator password with an OHR hacker(took about 10 minutes to crack it) and then i could open the prompt by pressing ''run as admin'' and typing the password
than i could type ping [url]

dont work at most schools. proxys are old school man

xD I wish this worked at my school. However, run is disabled, as is cmd.exe, and just about everything else. Not only that, but they spend time searching for proxy sites to block them. :(
