fat loss is fat loss. your genetics will dictate where you burn it from and in what order

I would like to incorporate Kettlebell swing and single leg dead lift and my training program. I mosltly train for Tae Kwon Do and dancing. I currently can full squat approx 205 lb (my weight is 155 lb). Would two 16 kg kettlebell be a good way to start? Or, should I go to 20 kg? I have limited space and would like to keep my equipment to the minimum.

start with a single 16kg. once you are proficient with that then you can try getting a second one or going a size up
