Whoever says a side exit on anything is gay; is obviously gay. Side exits are sweet no matter what, plus it's pretty much the most direct exit for exhaust, besides open headers, so it's pretty efficient.

Its different. i like it. who is to say what someone is suppose to do to their car... it aint yours. If you dont like it... move on. If imports were the first ones to have side exhausts and then muscle cars started doing it... would you make the same type of comments? did he do anything to harm the performance of the car?? the damn car starts and it sounds pretty good at the same time. works for me.

One of the very few 4banger/muffler combos that doesnt sound like a weedwacker. Cool idea, Very nice.

All these comments are funny. I simply just tried out a side exhaust because I was running a j/midpipe and wanted more function. This exhaust set-up gained me faster spool up. I got the idea from an SRT-4 on Sport Compact. This exhaust set-up has only 1 bend after the s-pipe on the MSP. On other aftermarket exhaust for this car, there are usually 5-6 bends. And I got rid of this car because I upgraded. The MSP has a lot of problems and I just didn't want to deal with it anymore.

If it's for muscle, I guess you're talking about the SRT-4 guys too since they don't run V8's.

A import with side exhaust is fuckn gay period dude.... Leave the side exhaust for muscle cars and trucks...

It's not gay, it might be weird but when you think about it, it's only 1 bend so the exhaust flows right out instead of 2-3 more bends like most aftermarket MSP exhaust. And I no longer have this car, I upgrade.

Yeah, I had a few vacuum leaks and my wastegate actuator was torn. After I fixed all that, it idled fine.
