I've been recently gaining some weight, especially in the thighs, would regular soccer playing would help me with this problem?

Hiyaaaa! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got hot 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

the thing about belly fat is that it is hormonal. You can burn it off with hard work but it is an uphill battle unless you address estrogens in your diet and the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in the body.

your inspirational. I have a question, I am over weight, I was just curiouse if a 3 minuit jog, 1 minuit sprint, 1 minuit walk over and over for 45 minuits would be beneficial to me. its an interval workout i love, and im really tired by the end.

Also if I do use like nautilus machines would that be OK? Do those on NON workout days? or on the same day as my HIIT?

My formula for six pack abs= play basketball for about two hours, then total body workout for 30 min. Eat fresh fruits, nuts, orange juice, and turkey sandwiches on honey oat bread. Simple. peace

There is no such thing as targeting certain areas to lose fat. So how do you lose belly fat? The same thing you do to lose fat in every other area of your body. Your body chooses where it burns fat. Unfortunately the last place it chooses is usually in the belly for men and ass for women.
