Arizona's Racist Immigration bill incites Civil Rights Movement

Laws which divide people or incites fear should be banned. This law is requiring immigrants to carry papers which in Arizona mean brown people. Arizona is in direct violation of Article 36 of the United Nations Declaration on the rights of Indigenous Peoples: 1. Arizona is in violation of The United States Constitution Article 6: This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby...

Several treaties (Supreme Law of the Land) guarantee unrestricted passage in the North America Continent for ALL Indigenous people. The government created borders but we are guaranteed UNRESTRICTED passage across the borders, this is an inherent right for indigenous people throughout this continent.

The Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on Thursday September 13. To date 148 states are in favor, 2 votes against (Canada, and the United States) and 9 abstentions (Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burundi, Georgia, Kenya, Nigeria, Russian Federation, and Ukraine).

one thing we took out of the civil rights movement is that no one should be granted special treatment because of their skin color or ethnicity, and this includes illegal aliens(whatever color they might be.) breaking immigration laws is not a human or civil right.

Our laws are not being enforced anymore! We have been sold out to be invaded by illegal foreigners. It is time for the American people to take matters into their own hands in their communities. If you know of or see any illegals or activists throw rotten eggs at them on the streets and drive off. I have left for work a few time without my wallet a time or two,drive an old beater pickup. Hell, I'm already gone. Mexicans I've talked to seem to be nice folk it's warm down there in the winter might not be that bad?
