Oh goodness, no. Christian dominionism is sweeping the U.S. right now. Criticizing other people's faith is very arguably a good thing, when they're otherwise using their religion to justify atrocities against fellow humans.
But this video basically just presents straw men, emotional appeals, and calls to violence. So it really just hurts the cause. If we want separation of church and state, we can't sink to the level of theist extremists/activists. They're way better at it.

@Scurvebeard Fully agree with you on this one. I wonder why the creator of this video feels the need to be so aggressive...? I for one am atheist and have no preconceptions about religion - I can understand why it came around, why people follow and believe in it, etc. What i don't understand is why anyone, atheist or theist, feels the need to criticize other people's faith (or lack thereof) in order to validate their own belief (or lack thereof).

Atheist here. I disagree with your approach, dislike use of the term "militant atheist", don't feel that theists can't become educated, don't feel that theists can't be smart, dislike your circular logic, think your accusations of Christian condescension are hypocritical, and think your call to violence only makes bridging the gulf more difficult.
