Just a sample of what I eat on my journey to become the best me! I usually have breakfast around 7:30 or 8 am, lunch at 12:30pm and dinner at 6:00pm. I keep track of all my meals using MyPlate at livestrong.com. I only drink water and the smoothies I make for breakfast. I've recently switched to almond milk from soy because almond milk is a much less processed food. I try to stick to whole foods that pack the most nutrients. Some people call this being a nutritatian. Although, I am currently eating this way for 6 weeks, I do not believe this is the only way to health. I plan on switching to vegetarianism, incorporating eggs back into my diet and who knows, perhaps fish one day. A special thank you to mothersoul1 and 40geniece28 for encouraging me to make this video. And a super duper thank you to everyone who is supporting me on YouTube and off.

  • Good luck in this journey... I just finished reading ETL and am on day five of no animal products, no sugar and lots of greens. I already ate organically and limited my meat. I've also been juicing for about 7 months and that helps to get the greens in. :)

  • @MrsBabyfat thanks so much for taking the time to watch my video and comment. maybe you can incorporate some vegan meals in your plan or something like a meatless monday. giving up processed foods and sugar was a zillion time harder for me than giving up meat, eggs, butter, and milk. i've been watching your videos for a long time. please continue to be the amazing inspiration you are!

  • @cookaprincess13 thank you for watching! Yes it is difficult. I have to plan every meal at least a day in advance and keep plenty of fruits and vegetables in the house. In my opinion, it's totally unrealistic to follow ETL word for word. Who has time to make a cashew salad dressing or white bean hummus when you can buy something similar? Congrats on your weight loss. I have faith that you will reach your new goal!
