Ryan defending his self against Anton. Viewers this is not real combat. It is a training contest to learn what you might do in combat. The attacks are slow so that one may learn technique and control.

    No it isn't a Kata, but most of the responses are close to "Kata" like moves. The series of movements have not been practiced before. It is spontaneous.

    True can't argue with that.

    We can do it even slower ;-) Our higher ranks are much more entertaining.

    I cringe every time I watch this video. It has taught me much.

    all we have is sport aswell.
