Wow I was already forgotten of this beautiful thing, I got the file the ".bsp file" where do I put it in order to run?

I use steam version and I have every single valve game as well as gmod. Thanks mate.

I tried to load the map in gmod 12 or gmod 13 but it seems that it was made in a very old engine so its cant be loaded becouse of some texture, anybodey know how to fix it? the error is: Bad Surface extents on texture nature/blendcliffgrass001a

Valve is difficult to predict, it might be worth shooting them an email and seeing what they have say. If OP is able to place a Frank Lloyd Wright design in a Half Life 2 Map, I'm sure you'll be able to work something out.

Exactly! I talked to the guy that did some renders of my designs. We were to solve it, but finally we forgot about it. Imagine: 3dStudio costs couple of thousands euro. Scenario editor is probably free or cost something like nothing. Importing a model from Autocad or Archicad would be awesome! Why wouldn't Valve wanna help architects? And would the scenario editor accept dwg or 3ds models? And how come 3d studio makes a render in up to 30minutes when HL2 makes 30 renders per second?
