Uh..hes talking on a mobile phone. This is madness! Where I live..it's illegal to talk/SMS text on mobile while you're diriving. It's found that they're distraction to drivers and can cause accidents. t's funny though, the passenger riding at the back didn't talk on the phone yet he don't have any helmet and yet the driver has got a helmet on but talking on mobile phone..*SMH*
It's 2009 & Cambodia's roads still look messy and no rules. Sorry to say, but Cambodia still suck!!
