what if you can't get your phone to connect to your computer? I've been working on troubleshooting but it's still not working, and really starting to irritate me.

thats because the tilt uses professional. windows mobile 6.1 standard is only on phones like blackjack 2

They don't have to tweak anything to work with their phones.The guy demoing 6.1 in this video is doing it on a blackjack which is an AT&T phone as well. They don't "tweak" the os so it runs on their phones, they add their own crap to the ROM which bogs it down and makes it run slower. They even disable standard stuff on the phone. AT&T disabled GPS Photo on the tilt. Change a registry key and you have a gps tagger for photos. I loaded a cooked ROM and it runs a LOT faster than the AT&T rom

if you have windows mobile 6.0 then yes it will be a free update when your carrier issues the updated ROM

I don't know what version of 6.1 you're showing here, but it ain't a damn thing like what I just got. I downloaded 6.1 for my tilt (released by AT&T last month) and it doesn't look a thing like this
