@jellytubess This is a spinner pole. Please don't call it cheating. Spinner pole has many challenges that static doesn't. I choose to use spinny cause i prefer the effect of the spins over a static pole. Once u try using a static and a spinny pole get back to me and see which is harder.

could i use a little piece of this video in a creative project for my wmns studies class? I'm researching how the pros of recreational pole-dancing outweigh the cons in aiding feminism as it is an empowering and sexually liberating form of dance and not solely connected to oppression and strip clubs. I think this is very artistic and graceful and is a great example, I'll reference your channel. it's just for class, nothing else. And it;ll be mixed in with a few other vids referencing topic

do you use any grip solution on your hands? my hands get especially sweaty when i'm trying out a new move and im nervous about it or if i'm doing a lengthy free dance routine.

@puluvsme yes, tite grip. I recommend testing all the grip products out there and choosing the best one for u cause everyone is different. There's also might grip, itac, tar..

Whatever people might say about pole dancing, I think that if you really know how to dance it correctly and with passion you can actually make pole dancing one of the most beautiful dance in the world! Congratulation @dirdybirdy101 cause thats what you did!:)

:) quick question. do you use any kind of grip? bc i feel like whn my hands get sweaty im going to fall. I used to do gymnastic and i know you use the talcem type powder when doing uneven bars and the beam idk if theres anything like that that you can use.?
