EDUCATION, EDUCATION, EDUCATION - the only way 4 mankind 2 leave behind the ''dark ages'' some still live in under religious, political, racial or other equally irrelevant & outdated pretexts education not as in having a degree but education as in realizing we ARE of the same species, feel the same feelings, bleed the same blood & for better or for worse : we HAVE TO live in the same planet, so it's education about RESPECT for our fellow man, ultimately that's respect for OURSELVES

3 years and I just fell upon this story. I'm sorry about Ahmet and his horrific death. I'm sorry the political climate in Turkey allows honor deaths to go on unchecked. Ahmet, I never knew you, or knew of you before today, but rest assured we are brothers you and I.
