This is great thank you for posting. I have wintergreen all over my yard. I also believe your comments about community with the plants of this earth. There are many things we have forgotten. I also believe it is the Creator who gave the ability for ancient people to come to understand and know plants for their medicinal value, where to find them, etc. because how else would they have known.

@EyeCanC4Miles I would not use essential oil for internal use. It is very concentrated and could be dangerous. Even topically I recommend mixing it with a carrier oil like olive oil. Internal use I find best with this plant in a tea or tincture form. Even a decoction.
