Good luck, Siddharth and Alex! But here is my two pence of advice. First build the community. If you get the community, then think of monetising it. Agree with Vipul's remark. Indian consumers find it hard to cough up. But even if they don't, there are other revenue models.

Congrats and all the best. I agree with Sandeep that Indian customers are not subscription friendly. Would like to hear the response you get. Hope you get a good response and the Indian customers start digesting that good tips don't come for free.
