Also, even though some recreational anglers, guides and commercial fishermen are attempting to stand in unity, there are those who are only pretending to stand in unity while stabbing us in the back at the fishery meetings. What in the world are you talking about? There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING taken out of context. EVERYTHING is obviously connected. This is EXACTLY how stupid the FWC is as controlled by thje CCA. In NC we have no due process, the NCDMF has the legal obligation to subdue any just means of harvestation and replace current standings with unjust obligations fishermen are required to oblige by lawfully and detrimental impacts are not vialbe. The laws aren't viable in the first place for that matter. The initiative subjected by citizens is irrefutable regarding the allegations in regards to comm. fishing, but how can we correlate with law and ease our standing, protecting our heritage?

The comment about the drug user, sarcasm was the intent, for im not equipped with the knowledge of a paralegal. Though i do know for a fact fisherman face harsher punishment than your everyday law breaking citizens and the most intriguing aspect is that the fisherman work their butts off with an intent soley based on supporting their family while the lot of criminals want an easy hustle and are too lazy to use their hands and their backs ! Hard working true Americans are suffering !

Criminology ? A drug user, 4 th offense, unsupervised probation. Illegal fishing, possible loss of license, confiscation of boat, truck, coolers, trailer, any gear used in the illegal harvest. Not to mention, thousands in fines and the loss of a means in which to support your family and just be a good citizen ! The NCDMF requires up to CATCH bycatch in order to sell certain species of other fish ! WASTEFUL MORONIC IGNORANCE !

I don't understand, what exactly is "taken out of context " ? Every word out of every FWC related official/person was straight forward context ! I was really angry after watching this but i will refrain from a foul comment !! lol The criminal part is absolutely true, i am now a criminal every year using gear as i see fit to allow for legit landings, least amount of bycatch,and the specie im targeting. Never do "their" laws coincide with these 3 important rules of thumb.
