COREXIT KILLS THOUSANDS OF FISH IN NEW JERSEY! 8-11-2010

Tens of thousands of dead fish have washed ashore along the Delaware Bay in southern New Jersey.

State officials also are analyzing oxygen, Methane, Corexit, and Benzene levels in the water.

State environmental and wildlife officials say it's not yet clear what killed the fish, which appear to exclusively small menhaden, also known as peanut bunker.

The wash-up, discovered Wednesday morning, encompassed a large stretch of the shoreline just north of Cape May. The heaviest amounts were in an area of Middle Township known as Pierce's Point.

New Jersey's Bureau of Marine Water Monitoring reviewed results of water samples taken Wednesday by federal environmental officials and found no indication of toxic phytoplankton species, such as red tide.

The solution to pollution is Dilution!the man is correct in saying the Warm water depletes the Oxygen levels of the water it happens off the gulf coast way before the BP spill its call dead zones! Last 30yrs of my life I have seen it 1st hand! Even if the dispersant traveled up the jet stream to this beach it would be so diluted that the Parts Per Million would be so low that it would not bother any animal to this effect! We have animals recovering great and still thriving here along the gulf!

@twistymcslide I`m talking about the well known Worstcasescenario without Corexit.

And all i know about Corexit sounds very bad. I would say two Million gallons of it could destroy more than just this gulf.

However, go fishing it should be safe. Let me know if there is a fish left. This Corexit is a poison what is killing erverything. It is just a question of time.

That is what i`m talking about.
