This is a video of my Jackknife workout on the Total Gym that focuses directly on the core muscle and lower abs. This is what I finish my morning workout with everyday. It seems to really be shaping my lower abs and starting to see the elusive 8-pack beginning to show. I shot this video for my profile on bodybuilding.com where I am a member of the DO WORK CREW and 8-Pack ABS BodyGroups.

    Regular routine, I have worked up to 100 of these with no breaks in between.

    Yes, I got my abs from the Total Gym and nothing else when this was filmed.

    My gym does squeak a bit, but turn up your music then! Thanks for all the positive feedback on here guys. I'm no pro, just a former fat guy who likes to help others and show that it can be done

  • Alright there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • @mrdefkon1 If you wanna take it a step further try to substitute meat a few times a week with tofu and veggie burgers. Lots of protein without the fat and cholesterol. I'm %100 vegeterian now but I noticed I had more energy for my workouts when I started to phase meat out of my diet, especially beef. If tofu isn't for you then at least cut out red meat.
