  • Really useful, thanks:)

  • POPCORN!!

  • @Forsure3333 You can continue eating them if you want, I'm just saying that it's a fact that they're extremely high in oxalates. People who want to avoid kidney stones should avoid those. Also cutting sodium down and drinking tons of water helps avoid kidney stones.

  • @Viktir666 Great news!

You're talking about eating less peanut butter and chocolate. I've been eating a lot of these in the last year....

  • @Catchetat Yeah 90% of all reported stones are calcium oxalate stones. I quit eating high oxalate foods like spinach, chocolate, tea, peanuts, etc. and started drinking a half gallon to one gallon of water per day. I cut way down on sodium too. I piss like a Russian race horse but it's quite clear now and I feel healthy as hell. All of that water and a different diet actually made me lose 9 LBS in 2 weeks after my surgery in the hospital and only gained 1 LB of that weight back after I came home

  • @MisterQuebec Mine was 5mm in diameter and they caught it very easily by scanning my abdomen. I didn't even use the contrast dye and they noticed it. (I'm allergic to the contrast dye they sometimes use).
