A little arrangement I put together to celebrate the double holiday.

"Mi Chamocha" is about as monotheistic as you get, but it's a good song for Passover (it's what the Jews sang as the Egyptian soldiers were drowned in the Red Sea...the smiting bits are always my favorite parts of the Bible), and has sort of the same meaning as "Redemption Song," so despite my secular humanist views, I thought it would make a nice little ditty for this most special of days.

I do not profess to be anything more than a dilettante when it comes to music...but I enjoy playing nonetheless.

  • @thesarahshow Word. NFTY's pretty rad.

  • just wanna say....i think it's pretty cool that we also just sang it at NFTY-NAR fall kallah a couple days ago, and the kid who commented below was the one playing it in the service.

  • We sang this song at NFTY-SAR spring kallah. I've been trying to find it since. Thanks.
