how to connect a bluetooth h700/h800 to a phone

i only did this to a razer but it can be done with any bluetooth compatible phone. if you try it and it doesnt work the first time then try again i had to record 2 or 3 times because of it not connecting.

all i can say is see if your doing it fast enough, if so then ur gonna have to talk to the company you got it from. if you still have the book you can check it but what your saying makes me think its possibly defective.

It is a diffrent color blue or red not purple
