Testing the fire arrows a friend and I made, unfortunately during daytime in a break in the rain and not at night as planned. Winter *shrug*
The arrows are 9mm hardware store dowel, the heads we made ourselves, and the fuel is cotton shirt soaked (and still wet) in linseed oil.
Next time the fabric will be thicker, the linseed will be allowed to dry first, and it'll be night time if the weather co-operates!
@ECIEntertainment Heck yes that was Hot.

@luftwaffe789456123 Seiges and similar attacks as well as a distraction or to take out seige weapons: wood burns. simple but effective. I remember there being a few types, hot charcoal (not sure) and dead plant combined with oil. Those are two I can remember.

@234Jillwer34 Actually they favor using Fire Arrows during the Rain,i don't know why and sometimes they use it at Night to see their targets at the same time.

@luftwaffe789456123 Maybe longer... also they are devistating, penitration, burning and having to pull the arrow out... painful.
