Im playing Weight watchers too, just started week 6 and 12.5lbs lighter, a total loss of 20lbs for me since 3rd January :) its really worth it!

Doing it my way with Weightwatchers :D 6 weeks in and I'm 24lbs lighter. Get playing, it really works :) Thanks to all the women and men who contributed to this song. I listen to it and sing along on my way to every weigh in. Must look ridiculous 24 year old man singing this in his wee corsa but I couldn't care less

The last move, where the camera appears to fly from the office back down to street level involved a zip wire rigged across the street.
