Mike I just notice you made a typical British liberal middle class speech about how we should respect the muslims because at least they are honest when it comes to condemning homosexuals. Remember in many Islamic countries homosexuals are beaten and stoned to death. So lets not pat the muslims in the back for their attitude towards homosexuals. The christians are being diplomatic because they dont want people going out and beating up homosexuals. So we need to credit christians.

You don't seem to get that I was being ironic in my praise. I said nothing about respecting the muslim response, instead, I merely noted that the muslims are unashamed of their dogma while the Catholic church (not Catholic people or christians but the institution) still tries to justify its outlook which is based on dogma with ridiculous arguments.

Also, is it possible for you to make a point without becrying class difference? It's tiresome and unhelpful.

Well love and lust is selective to circumstance. I lust after some men, others i love. Likewise with heterosexuals. What does having your penis in a vagina have to do with love? It's the part where you both allow yourselves to engage in mutual sexual bond. Now yes it is an exit hole, so is a vagina, however that was also created for sex, the anus has many nerve endings that make anal sex arousing to some, making it multi-purposed.

Vaebn you are actually quite ignorant. You dont really understand modern day christianity. You keep bringing up the past. You cant change the past and you cant blame todays christians for the sins of past generation. There is no logic in that. Modern christians are simple people. They goto church, they preach a simple message of love everyone, love god, treat people with kindness. They get envolved in charitable activities. Helping the homeless and the poor. They are pretty decent people
