http://www.begbucks.com Here is my former Honda eu2000i 2000 Watt Generator Extended Run Aux Fuel Tank System in operation (say that 5 times fast, lol), I purchased this from a eBay seller but improved upon his design, as shown. since I have sold this unreliable generator in favor for a cheaper, louder & far durable unit.

  • Hi,

I have the same loping problems in my EU2000i,

Could you please tell me what steps did you take in order to solve the problem?

    Thank you very much

  • @mosheg77 Well follow my videos Otherwise the final solution entailed selling the unit altogether.

  • I own 2 and they are silent when eco throttle is on.

  • @basketballdude8221 Yes they are quite compared to my 6/6.5 kw "Silent" diesel fully tested during yesterday's tropical storm Irene.

That is; if you can get them to start in high dew point humid weather which is why I sold mine & traded to the beast.

  • Did the Modified plastic fuel cap for the Generator also come from VMSales? or did U purchase that seperately?

  • @akjunkie Moded cap came with generator

  • @SkyCharter Hmm. seems like a typo miss lol, anyways this design seem rather robust indeed, thanks for watching!

  • The URL for VM Sales and Mfg. is missing this the 's' in vmsales; So much for good free PR, but I found the site anyway. I am hearing caution about the metal fuel caps since metal on plastic might cause problems. The metal caps do look fantastic, but one wrong mis-thread from an eager person and that's it; I think you have the correct and better solution. Thanks for the video.
