An hour and he hardly kneaded her upper back and shoulders at all. When I feel tension in that area I watch these videos and vicariously get some relief there. This video was a full survey of procedures and techniques best taught in massage therapy schools for licensure not on the internet.

if the chair was set up right for the client you wont see underwear.... this is teaching people some weak massage... he's got the basics but no personality to it, it looks way too light, and i cant get over the poor chair set up
