  • IS BLOOMFIELD THE ONLY ONE WHO PLAYED WITH THE PAUL BUTTERFIELD BLUES BAND

  • @MrErnie408 as far as I know he is the only member of the Flag who was with the Butterfield Blues Band.

  • @TheMiserablegit Beatles wrote their own stuff, were creatively innovative,AND, you can remember their tunes, lyrics...These guys are great musicians, but they are not on the same level as the Beatles.

  • Check out the Electric Flag doing WINE live. How can anyone listen to nonsense like the Beatles after hearing this?

  • @socrates1818 Sgt Pepper on of the greatest LPs of all time???? Why? Apart from a couple of trippy songs, the rest is little more than nursery rhyme lyrics to brass band music. It is not even the best Beatles album of all time, which would be a toss up between the White Album and Abbey Road. If you wanna hear decent guitar, listen to Jan Akkerman.

  • My first LP ever...

  • Jimi Hendrix would jam with Electric Flag whenever their paths crossed. Caught them together one night at Fillmore East. Phenomenal stuff.

  • Just plain Great!!! Yea Buddy. Peace and Love

  • Great sax solo by a very young David Sanborn!

  • @MrErnie408 Nick Gravenites sang on some Butterfield albums.Better Days ,i think
