Susan Atkins: Chameleon

Susan Atkins was a facial chameleon who could shift her features and her personality to trick, mock and confuse. This aspect of her is very apparent when comparing various pictures of her, she could look dramatically different from one photo to the next- a scruffy lowlife one day and a sassy vamp the next. The song is the very apt "Chameleon" by Creedence Clearwater Revival. I find that the lyrics describe her shady personality as well as her physical appearance :-)

@cozener1 She got brain cancer near the end of her life and now. Well, she's dead. Brain cancer and frying your brain with hallucinogenic drugs. It sort of goes together don't you think?
I guess everything in life has a price. Good times frying your brains and going on a murder spree --> price: brain cancer and painful death.
