To the people who say there game is crashing half way through. I that is because you have Version 2.
Type this in exactly into Google and download it:
'downgrade gta sa to v1'
Click on the first link and download it. It puts your game back to Version 1 so the Mod Installer can function properly.

My game loads half way and then stops whenever I upload a mod with this. It is not just one mod either, it is all mods.
