Sognu, my own interpretation

The story behind this video. For some reason the persons who inspired me to make this video, do not like this song and think it's too European in the wrong way. So I couldn't help but use images of certain specific countries, and since I was fully busy with this whole so-called 'New World' theme I thought I needed to have a cowboy in there somewhere, the only thing I could think of was McLeod's Daughters.. then I thought.. hmmph maybe it's a good idea to look up the lyrics of the song, which resulted into finding out that my cowboy wasn't so random at all. Sognu is death and despair galore if you interpret it the way I did.

Which is as you can see quite literally.

The scenery has a function too, I just had a Shakespeare exam this morning so I've got this mantra in my head saying Nature = Dream. Sognu = Dream, see it makes sense.
