A ride up a steep hill (Bethune St.) in Peterborough Ontario Canada on an Electric Power Assisted Bike that requires no gasoline. Top speed 32-35km/h. Runs on 48V DC battery. 500W motor. Aluminum rims. Drive for 3 hours. Charges in 3 hours. Costs pennies a day. This cool looking electric motorized bike looks like a gas powered motorcycle but it is not. These bikes are very affordable means of transportation. You can get around the city or town you live in and do your part for the environment.

  • Totally cool, I am looking to build one myself.... too many projects right now, but one day soon, this has to be TOP-PRIORITY... Good Going!

  • Nice Job. :)

  • That was incredible! Electronically assisted bikes are truly amazing.

  • My moped goes 35 MPH up a hill that steep and it costs about 2 pennies per mile(in gas) and can hit 40 MPH on a flat road...Oh and it probably costs 1/10th of that ebike...

  • awesome! what bike is it and did you do any mods or is it stock, what options?

  • you didn't describe the model of the motor, controller, batteries, amp-hours, etc...just looking at a moving paved road. need info and a look at the components on the bike.
