  • I get the fact that you don't believe because they have no proof. But burden of proof is not on only them. If there is no proof for existence OR absence, science has no opinion on the matter. Thats why scientific research truly has three answers:

    1.Yes, it is true/factual/existant/etc.

    2. No, it is not true/factual/existant/etc.

    3. We don't know, there is either not enough data or a lack of any relating data to find the answer.

So don't be so irrational about it, use some logic next time.

The stupid it burns! That's an excellent advice, try to follow it next time. Right now I'm reading The God Delusion, and Dawkins reduce that kind of total-forevar-agnostic-argument argument to pulp.

  • @majinkearu

U are simply wrong. Science is SKEPTICAL. if you make a positive claim of a complex theory (eg God/Christianity) the burden of proof is on you. Is science neutral on unicorns? They could hypothetically exist. science occasionally discovers new large land mammals.

but in fact anyway, there is much evidence against many religious claims, due their extreme nature. eg. God cannot be both all good and all powerful. Then he would presumably have not created the small pox bacterium

  • i would rather not give my hand to Homos.

  • give me an example of such experience?

  • A Unicorn, if there is such a thing all it is, just a horse with one horn on his head, I don't find that hard to believe that something like that exsists. Weather or not they are magical, probably not.

  • The problem here is that you suppose that atheists choose NOT to believe in god because they hate him. The truth is: It is false that atheists do note believe in god. Atheists do not believe that god even EXISTS.

Being that said (and is not as if you will understand, as it isn't a matter of faith or illumination; is a matter of ideas and facts), you will know why your example is so wrong.

Or more simple: You are an ATHEIST, to an extent. Do you believe in Odin, Zeus, or Krishna? Why not?

  • Western Christian morality is not as supposed by those who have white-washed history.

  • To my previous post, there was mistake, I want to say it's priceless not worthless. Sorry for my bad english skill.

  • Peripatetic axiom - see this on wiki, and read his books. I think he can explain those things much better.

  • And after this you will experience God, you will know he exist, it's like light, unvisible hand around you, that rectify your ways. It's happening every day. Thats why people telling they experiensing God.
