For anyone who is interested, the original version of this song is written by the Icelander Sigvaldi Kaldalóns. The song's name is Á Sprengisandi (On Sprengisandur) or Ríðum Ríðum (Ridom Ridom). Love this version of the song.

Ancient Icelanic. There seems to be controversy on this. haha- some
