On July 21st, 2007, American Kettlebell Club and Valery Fedorenko had an International Kettlebell Lifting Coach Certification in Athens, Greece. This clip demonstrates explosive power when an 80kg. athlete does 7 Reps. - 1 arm Jerk with a 200lb. Kettlebell.
