Bulgaria can now 'proudly' claim they have their own version of Sarah Palin - an inexperienced and incoherent commissioner designate who tries to compensate for her lack of knowledge with smiling and being cutesy.

She is a horrible public speaker. It's a little embarrassing. She could've totally played down this whole company issue. It doesn't seem that she has the necessary skills to be an effective EU politician.

Братле, налага ми се да говоря и английски и немски в ежедневието си и като знам какви хора и с какъв немски правят магистър програми, нищо не би ме учудило. Познавам и докторанти в Германия, на които въобще не им се налага да говорят на немски.

Сега, Желева е и външен министър, така че флуент е задължително. Не искам и да коментирам немския и, който посмъртно не стига за защита на докторска работа (повярвай ми, знам). Просто некомпетентността и започва с езика, къде свършва, само ББ знае... ;)

You say "she did quite all right", but the bald man from west France said that he feels "it's not possible" for her to be a commissar, and the Swedish -- that in order to "have any chance..." she have to answer the questions, which she didn't .
