It sounds as if they are sleeping while singing this. Their harmony is off on parts too. I wish I still had the recording of my high school choir singing this. It was much better.

a lot more energy is needed in the delivery of the consonants. Also girls, aim to work on achieving a better blend of voices - too many individual ones stick out of the texture. Whilst I am a fan of good choralography, in this instance, the hand movements seem very excessive - perhaps try some subtle 'body leans' to achieve a more pleasing result.

And they're breathing at the wrong times...it doesn't sound very professional...
I'm in a eigth grade choir and we're singing this, and no offense, but we sound a lot better than this...
I can barely hear the soprano part..
And I don't really get the hand signs....
