My only criticism is that since the synth parts don't carry the melody they are mixed much too high against the guitar. However, nothing wrong with the experiment, or your taste in music (Rush)!

THANKS! Ya know, this was my first experiment with my Roland GR-20 and yeah I agree the mix wasn't great but I wasn't concerned with that as much as trying to lend an interesting "string" section to the guitar part. Glad you appreciated it any way! :O)

I can't argue the recording critique. The simple Logitech mic I used doesn't do justiceto the GR-20 synth thru a really good amp. I know, it dosen't record the best. but hey, YOU try playing Broon's Bane! It's not an easy song on guitar in the first place! That's why Alex is GOD. ;o)

The guy appreciates Rush and obviously has talent enough to make his own interpretation of a beautiful piece of music (imperfect as it may be). The rest of you are just a morons and I doubt could get near this attempt.
