I have almost hit 2 weeks of conciously changing bad habits and exercising! I started the Couch 2 - 5k Program and today will be day 2 of the program. I am very excited to get back into running and would like to sign up to run/jog a 5k Spring 2011. One of my favorite weightloss websites is 3fatchicks.com, go check it out! They have something for everyone there.
