This video was really uninteresting. 15 days into a project... you're still in the beginning! Come on.

last updated 5 months ago, guess he gave up

Any update on how this turned out?

I've always wanted to get on a polyphasic schedule, but starting it is always the hardest part. From what I've seen from other people that try this stuff, once you're used to it, you're more awake and energetic, and you feel better and more conscious.
I'm interested in the Dymaxion version, where you sleep for 30 minutes every 6 hours, which gives you longer awake periods. (as opposed to uberman, which is 20 minutes every 4 hours.) Cause that seems more compatible with a work schedule.

The average monophasic sleeper doesn't need 9 hours of sleep, only about 7-8.
The polyphasic sleeper doesn't get only 15 minutes of sleep, he gets between 2-4 hours of sleep.
That's per day of course.

great video kirk!
if you guys are interested in polyphasic sleeping, check out the google group :-)

Pretty cool, now how do I go from needing 9 hours sleep to 15 minutes...Hmmmm

Hey man if you ever read this I'd really like to know how you set up the shower thing. I've screwed up polyphasic sleeping so many times I can't count. Thanks.

Kahhhnnnn!!!!!
It was too short to be called riveting or interesting, IMHO. We spoke to Kirk on day 15 and that was it? Big deal, how about comparing days 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, etc. Then you have something.
