By sitting the incline position, you eliminate "body swing" or momentum to lift the weights and really zero in on the bicep muscles.

    True, some muscular soreness or "burn" may be involved in working out. But pain experienced in the joints is not necessary.

    But I'm guessing that with your many years of lifting experience, I don't need to tell you that...bahahah - 15 years old and busting my chops....bahahahah.
