you landed on a bad body position, anyone who hits water at that velocity with all the impact on the back of the neck will die. Im telling you Rockstar thought of everything!

He got hit by the cop car before he fell in the sea it's obvious that he died before the collision

shallow cause u can die with shallow water from that hight,or maybe a under water rock cause there are some by aplces but i can't tell where they would be

@MikSevilla hard to really determine, it doesn't really appear so IMO, the moment he hits the water = death, I would just equate that to the shallow water, nothing so mysterious...

you hit a rock underwater

you need to try hitting water at that velocity with the same if not worse body position :D
