Oakwood Hospital Maidstone - Part 1 - (Kent County Lunatic Asylum) 1990

Amateur footage recorded in November 1990 of the Oakwood Hospital in Maidstone. This captures the hospital during a transition period. Parts of the hospital had already been closed down and other parts were being wound down in preparation for closure in a few years. At the same time newer, modern psychiatric facilities were being built at the site.

Unfortunately the original soundtrack (if there was one) has been lost. Any help in indentifying the location of interior shots would be appreciated.

I don't recognise anyone but I do recognise a lot of the buildings. The sequence around 11.00mins is (I think) Lime Ward - can't remember the name of the block but it ran down the eastern side of the hospital between the Trevor Gibbens Unit and the Admin block.
