First Time Chiropractor Hip Adjustment Demonstration by Austin Chiropractic Care

Dr. Echols is a Chiropractor in Austin, Texas. After discussing why people are afraid of chiropractic, Dr. Echols gives a person their first adjustment. This is hip adjustment demonstration. Chiropractic adjustments for the hips correct problems with the pelvis being tilted and the hip bones not being in the socket correctly. This condition can cause one leg to be longer than other. It can cause extra wear on the feet and the uneven walking can cause misalignments in the back.

  • "We're going to be examining the whole pelvis as she's laying there" -.-

  • @9cielorojo okay thank you, it's been giving me a lot of trouble when I'm sleeping so this is very critical to me! :)

  • @MistyMieMe , It would be safer if you do it on your own..lay down on your either side ..stretch the leg you are resting on straight, the one on top will be folded at knee height, then still facing up force the folded leg to try to touch floor while slightly looking the opposite way and keeping upper body straight looking up to ceiling..good luck

  • @jalinapesreturns Wow, I bet you felt tons better afterwards. I'm 20 years old, and recenlt a few days ago, my lower back started hurting seriously bad, I've also been noticing that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left leg, i've been so damn scared it's something serious, and also my back starts to hurt so bad when I stand up for long periods of time, I can't even workout, or run anymore like I always do untill the pain. I'm definatly concidering seeing one of these.

  • @Thorvius hard to say as my back was already hurt! Did it help would be a better question and the answer would be absolutely - I had hurt my SI joint and my back looked bent or twisted! Seen the chiropractor twice now and lots lots better! If you think you need it I'd say give it a go! Hope that helps!

  • @jalinapesreturns Does it hurt?

  • 03:35 I'm lost here, is he saying that a baby goes through this hole? So wait... coming from the back?! *confused*
