  • @eponeto why would they call it veal then? that doesnt make sense.....

  • @orlendatube answer; shanks are seldom veal,they usually are from a full grown steer,even if they call it veal.

  • @ Affectedvan: Very good recipe, but she should know u always use tongs to turn the meat ur cooking, every time she pokes it with the knife, she's loosing juices from the veal, I've tried this recipe before & I add some fresh lemon juice.
