he doesn't look like he has fetal alcohol syndrome! He's German, I had a b/f with German ancestry and they had very similar face shapes and bone structure. Peter Heppner is adorable, yeah I would do him in a second, god he's cute, he's probably some horrible womanizer or something seems too good to be true.
