According to LA Times, its an interactive game that first originated in NY, where "teams follow an unraveling mystery narrative through real locations in Lower Manhattan, guided by actors playing parts and whatever clues they can gather and decipher". It receantly opened up in Hollywood with Niel Patrick Harris's help. The storyline for the game in Hollywood is "fictional Hollywood starlet Nikki Desmond (a Lohan type, Harris said) has disappeared from the set of her comeback film".
