Q:What is that spell and where can you get it?

A:you can't get it if you don't cheat, so if you want it you first press § and then write psb. now you have all spells you can get and some more, this spell is called "Lock" i think, WARNING it can be a bit laggy when you open your spell list if you have all the spells.
