I can't speak for Dab, since I've never availed myself of that particular concoction, but I HAVE put away a few Holsten's in my day.

Holsten's not bad..

Tuborg Gold might be one to try for a later episode.

@remino my take is that good micro >= euro macro > canada macro > usa macro

and so both dab and holsten are okay, but the significance of the difference may not be very big. plus the difference you tasted could be influenced by that holsten having almost 2x the alcohol

I think you guys should try the Furstenberg too .. really good when served really cold during a hot summer afternoon .. ( like most beers are ) but if you're looking for a real smooth blonde beer , you wont be disappointed .. as for stronger tasting beer go for Faxe or Grolsch ..

I respect your opinion but I got to say that Dab is not that bad , its actually pretty smooth and refreshing not my favorite but still a good beer .. as for The Holsten , I'm a big Fan I personnaly prefer the Dark green ones the Festbocks .. they are defenatly in my top 3 ..
